French toast Recipes

Enjoy to make French Toast Recipes in minutes with this recipe and useful tips and killer methods!

This classic French toast is a recipe I love to make - especially on a lazy weekend.  There is something special about this delicious and delicious French toast filled with hot maple syrup!  And I've been making it for so long that I've completed the steps so that it's so easy.  Whether I'm making it for a weekend crowd or the three of us, I can put it on the table in minutes!

The best way to French toast is to start in the morning.  A bowl of fresh fruit, paired with a few slices of bacon and a drizzle of maple syrup, and will be a meal that fills their spirits just as much in their bodies.

  Classic French Toast

I have been making this classic French toast recipe for as long as I can remember.  I think it makes the best french toast with just a few ingredients that you can customize to your taste!

What are the ingredients for french toast Recipes?

  bread

  Eggs

Milk - If you want to make your French toast without milk then you can use your favorite milk or milk substitute in this recipe.

Salt - add a pinch of salt to balance the taste and sweetness

Sweetener - You have options to use a sweetener based on your personal preferences.

Taste - I like to include vanilla extract and ground cinnamon for a classic French toast flavor.  You can skip the cinnamon if you like or add for a more pronounced cinnamon French toast.

Butter - melted on the grate to cook and then, if desired, add a pat to serve.

Maple Syrup - The perfect French toast requires real maple syrup in our family!  If you wish you can also use fruit syrup like my blackberry syrup.

I have a little secret, even though I love the French toast made from thick slices of bread or Sally Lun bread, it is absolutely delicious and so easy to make with slices of our delicious sandwich bread.  Use whatever you have!

I also have another small tip.  I like the French toast very much which is made with heavy cream, but it's okay that all the milk I have is also with the refrigerator.

  heavy cream

  Half and half

  Whole milk

  skim milk

You can also use dairy-free milk substitutes to make this French toast recipe.  I like to use different people depending on who I am serving.  For example, a family friend does not have dairy or almonds, so I use oat milk for them.  They always love it!  The taste may change slightly depending on the choice of milk you use.

  Badam Milk

French toast Recipes

I have tested this recipe using various sweeteners with great success.  It is delicious using maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar as well as a confectioner and granulated sugar.  The flavor profile will change slightly depending on the sweetener you use.  For example, the use of maple syrup would indicate a maple flavor to the recipe (served with maple syrup!)

Mix.  To save on the dishes and cleanliness, I put eggs, milk of choice, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon right into the shallow dish I use to bake my bread.

To dunk  Once I whisper it well together, I put my bread slices on one side and then quickly flip it to the other side because some sandwich bread will absorb the liquid super quickly.  You want to make sure that you are dipping your bread and not going for any length of time so that the bread does not absorb too much liquid.  Be sure to follow it so that your bread is not too wet.  This will prevent your French toast from becoming unsightly.

the Cook.  Once both sides of the bread are coated with liquid, I place them in the pan with the melted butter set over medium heat.  They take only a few minutes to cook, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

service tax.  Serve immediately with sugar syrup of your choice.

As I mentioned, my recipe can be made with simple ingredients that most of you will have on hand.  I love that it's so easy!  This puts pressure on me by thinking that I need to be able to make the exact ingredients in my house a favorite snack or brunch.  Because, let's face it, sometimes I get up and just know that this favorite breakfast recipe would be a great way to welcome the morning.

With just a few basic ingredients that I always have on hand, I know that I can whip up this delicious recipe that my family will love!
