Vanilla cupcakes may sound a lot less "classic", but honestly, sometimes that's all you need! Is it different from other variations?
If you are familiar with my recipes, then you know that this is not the first time I have shared a recipe for a vanilla cupcake. I have spent countless hours making many, many cupcakes - and even tested them! It's a sacrifice, but someone had to do it, right? But my search for the perfect vanilla cupcakes has paid off. This version is absolutely correct
So how are they different?
These cupcakes are completely moist and mild without the use of sour cream. Unlike this version, they use whole eggs instead of just egg whites, which makes them more velvety in texture. And even though I like this vanilla cupcake recipe a lot, these new ones are made with butter instead of oil, which gives them a nice flavor.
This recipe uses the tried and true cream making method based on my delicious Vanilla Layer Cake. So basically this easy cupcake recipe is the result of everything I have learned over the years of making vanilla cupcakes and cakes, all wrapped up in one simple recipe.

How to make a vanilla cupcake
Preheat the oven and prepare the dry ingredients: Preheat your oven at 350 ° F and put the liner in your cupcake pan. In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
Mix Weight Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine your butter, sugar, oil, and vanilla extracts, mixing until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. It will take no less than 3-4 minutes. You want to add your eggs forward, one at a time, until most are combined. Shrink the sides of the bowl as necessary to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: Mix half of your dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix until it is mostly combined. Before adding the next half, slowly add milk and mix well. The batter may look a bit rough but don't worry! It should be seen at this stage.
Mix the next half of the dry ingredients: Add the rest of your dry ingredients, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Mix until smooth and combined, but make sure you do not over-mix the batter.
Bake your cupcake: Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick placed in the center comes out clean. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool on a cooling rack.
Vanilla Buttram for Couples
This creamy vanilla buttercup frosting is easy to make in a bowl. You may have noticed that these cupcakes are filled with frosting. Because I made one and a half times frosting in the recipe. It is my personal opinion that you can never have too much frosting, especially when it comes to vanilla buttercup in particular. If you follow the recipe for these cupcakes, you frost in a more ordinary amount than what the picture is.
Mash the butter and sugar: Put the butter in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Add half the powdered sugar and mix it until it mixes well.
Add milk or water: Add salt and 1-2 tablespoons of milk or water, mix well again. Then, add in your remaining powdered sugar and mix until smooth. If you wish, you can add more milk or water to change the consistency.
Pipe Frosting: Pipe or spread your Frosting on your cupcake, decorate as you like, and enjoy!
Tips for the best Venue Coups
This will ensure that your cupcakes come out perfect and they are not too dense.
If your frosting becomes very thick, then it would be good to add some more milk or water. Avoid thinning it a little at a time.
Let your cupcakes cool completely before frosting them. If you don't, the buttercup will melt and all your beautiful piping will be ruined. You want the frosting to remain smooth and velvety.
Simple decoration ides
It is not difficult to make these cupcakes full of pictures. But there are many easy ways to dress them up and make them beautiful too!
Sprinkles: Add your favorite festive sprinkles to make these cupcakes a beautiful party treat.
Fruits: Top them with strawberries, some blueberries, or any other fruit of your choice.
Oreos: Garnish these cupcakes with Oreo cookie or sprinkle with crushed Oreos!
Candy: Make these cupcakes even sweeter by adding your favorite pieces of candy.
Pretzels: Combine these cupcakes with crushed pretzels or mini pretzels and turn them into a sweet and salty treat.
If you are sprinkling a topping on a cupcake, be sure to fix it after piping your frosting. That way, your sprinkles or crushed Oreos will stick perfectly!
How to avoid installed frosted
If your cupcakes somehow last more than a day, there is an easy way to store them without compromising their beauty. Just keep them in an airtight container, and they will be good in the fridge or at room temperature for three days.
Can I freeze CUPCAKES?
You can freeze vanilla cupcakes before they freeze. Cover each cupcake in a plastic wrap, then place them in an airtight covered container or freezer-safe Ziploc bag. They will remain in the freezer for 2 months. Just make sure to meet them in the fridge before serving!
Can I proceed
Yes! Frosting on its own will last for 3-5 days when covered and refrigerated. Just scoop it into an airtight container and securely close it before placing it in the fridge. When you want to use it, return it to room temperature, shake it until it becomes smooth and is normally used like you.
